We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party website analytics tools. We do not track visitor behavior on this website.

Information submitted through the appointment request form is used exclusively to:
- Schedule your initial appointment
- Communicate with you to complete the patient registration process
- Build your electronic health record account once you become a patient of record

Once your appointment request information has been used to create your electronic health record account, that information is archived within Mailchimp and is no longer used for active communication.

Submitting the appointment request form on our website does not constitute the establishment of a patient-provider relationship. A clinical relationship with Kaufman Allergy begins only after your first appointment has been completed and our physicians have agreed to provide ongoing care.

Appointment request information is retained in Mailchimp for administrative and scheduling purposes. Once patient registration is complete, the information is archived and is no longer actively used. If you would like your pre-registration information removed, you may contact us directly at the address below.
Clinical records for established patients are maintained in accordance with applicable Virginia and federal law.

Kaufman Allergy provides care to both pediatric and adult patients. Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our website independent of a parent or guardian’s appointment request.
