How to find clinical notes from your visit
Step 1: After every visit, patients receive clinical notes in the form of a Care Summary.
To access your clinical notes, start by clicking My Health on the main page.
Step 2: Under the heading Care Summaries, select the visit date from the dropdown menu in the gray bar.
A preview of the visit notes will appear beneath the gray bar.
